At ISYS, we’re growing our team and looking for a talented Watson AI Engineer with proven experience in IBM Watson Assistant and Watson Discovery. As we continue to scale up our operations, we need professionals who can design, implement, and customize AI-driven solutions for virtual assistants and intelligent search.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using IBM Watson Assistant to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Implement and customize IBM Watson Discovery for intelligent document insights, search capabilities, and content analysis.
• Train, fine-tune, and optimize AI models to enhance Natural Language Understanding (NLU) accuracy and performance.
• Integrate Watson Assistant and Discovery with third-party applications, APIs, and backend systems.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), conduct product demos, and present AI capabilities to clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop tailored AI solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide technical support during implementation to ensure smooth deployment and client satisfaction.
• Document processes, workflows, and best practices for AI implementation and handovers.
Required Qualifications:
• Proven hands-on experience with IBM Watson Assistant and Watson Discovery.
• Strong understanding of conversational AI, NLP (Natural Language Processing), and AI solution workflows.
• Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for customization and integration.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud, AWS, or Azure.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize AI models for real-world applications.
• Experience conducting POCs, client-facing demos, and solution presentations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
