Job description:
We are hiring for Infrastructure Support engineer who has a deep understanding and hands-on technical experience to maintain daily operation tasks to serve our reving-fan customers.
Your responsiblities:
Maintains SLA, ensures response with timeframe and manages all available services.
Installs, configures, upgrades, monitors and supervises all data center solutions.
Ensures systems' availability, following high availability and backup standards.
Maintains backup verification to ensure reliability of systems and user data backup.
Maintains reliable system performance through active monitoring of error logs and user-reported systems issues.
Documents current systems infrastructure and create documentation for new implementations.
Manage data center servers, SAN, and NAS storage administration.
What do we require::
Bachelor's Degree of computer science or any related field of studies.
at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Storage and Networking knowledge
Experience with Infrastructure Provisioning Tools (Vagrant, Terraform) is a plus.
